Renita is Testlio’s Director of Global Recruiting, responsible for driving the company’s strong growth over the past year, which saw the team expand by half to over 220 people in 40+ different countries. As a remote distributed by design company, Testlio is comprised of a team of individuals located all over the world who collaborate seamlessly to deliver top-quality software testing services.

With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding, Renita has a proven track record of building high-performing teams across a variety of industries. 

She is also a Co-Founder of Estonian Recruitment community Recruitment Thursday and the Estonian HR Society, as well as a jury member of Employer Branding competitions in Estonia (already 10 years), Bulgaria and Uzbekistan. 

Marian Jarzak works as Employer Branding Partner at Vinted, Lithuania’s first unicorn and the biggest pre-loved fashion marketplace, with 75+ million members in 18 markets worldwide. Previously he was leading employer branding and internal communications at Infarm, and worked in fintechs as well as venture capital firms in Berlin, Germany. Marian studied journalism and business with a focus on corporate communications in Germany, Turkey, and Denmark. Currently he studies a Master in psychology in UK.
